“I have been enjoying Midori’s one-on-one sessions. Last year during COVID I loved her workout online. It’s a workout that I feel strengthens my body from the inside out. I struggle with my balance and her workouts have helped me with that. Her outdoor sessions have been great and I always feel muscles I have never felt before! In all the places I like to tone.
